Section 1 — Shipping
1.1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within one (1) business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are not processed until payment has been confirmed. For cryptocurrency payments, this means the transaction must be verified on the blockchain. For ACH transfers, this means the funds must be received and cleared in our account.
You will receive a confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped, including your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
1.2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via FedEx from our fulfillment facility in the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days.
Priority Overnight: Next business day (available for an additional fee).
Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Healthy Aminos is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been tendered to the shipping carrier.
1.3. Cold Chain Packaging
All peptide orders ship with temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Orders include insulated packaging and cold packs as appropriate for the compounds ordered. Cold chain shipping is included at no additional charge for standard orders.
1.4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to:
— PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or virtual mailbox addresses.
— Freight forwarding addresses or reshipping services.
— International addresses (including U.S. territories where restricted by applicable regulations).
We reserve the right to decline shipment to any address at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe the shipment may violate applicable law or our Research Use Only Purchaser Agreement.
1.5. Signature Requirement
Orders above $200 in value may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required and the recipient is not available, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery procedures. Healthy Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts.
1.6. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Included in product pricing.
Priority Overnight: $15.00 (via FedEx).

Section 2 — Returns Policy
2.1. No Returns
Due to the nature of research chemical products and the strict quality and integrity controls required for their proper handling and storage, Healthy Aminos does not accept returns under any circumstances.
Once a product has left our fulfillment facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored, handled, or transported in accordance with the required conditions. Accepting returned products would compromise our ability to guarantee the purity, identity, and integrity of our research chemicals for other customers.
All sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that products cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or credit.
2.2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection by the buyer, or any reason other than those specifically described in Section 3 (Damage Claims) and Section 5 (Lost Packages) of this policy.
Section 3 — Damage Claims and Reshipments
3.1. Damage Claim Window
If your order arrives damaged, you must submit a damage claim within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this 24-hour window will not be honored.
The 24-hour window begins at the time of delivery as recorded by the shipping carrier's tracking system. It is your responsibility to inspect your package promptly upon delivery.
3.2. How to Submit a Damage Claim
To submit a damage claim, contact us within the 24-hour window via email at support@healthyaminos.com or Telegram at @healthyaminos with the following information:
— Your order ID (HA-ORD-XXXX format).
— Clear photographs showing the damage. At minimum, provide: (a) a photo of the exterior packaging showing visible damage if applicable, (b) a photo of the damaged product(s) including visible vial labels, and (c) a photo of any temperature indicator if included in the shipment.
— A brief description of the damage observed.
Claims submitted without photographic evidence will not be processed.
3.3. Reshipment Process
If a damage claim is approved, we will reship the affected product(s) at no additional charge. Reshipments are processed within one (1) business day of claim approval and shipped via the same method as the original order.
Reshipments are limited to the specific product(s) that were damaged. If only one vial in a multi-vial order is damaged, only that vial will be reshipped.
We reserve the right to request return of the damaged product(s) before or after reshipment at our discretion and expense.
3.4. Limitations
Damage claims are limited to one (1) reshipment per order. If a reshipped product also arrives damaged, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis which may include a full refund for the affected item(s) or an alternative resolution.
Claims that appear to be fraudulent, excessive, or inconsistent with the photographic evidence provided may be denied. We reserve the right to flag accounts with repeated damage claims for review.
Section 4 — Order Cancellation
4.1. Cancellation Before Processing
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately via email at support@healthyaminos.com or Telegram at @healthyaminos with your order ID.
If your order has not yet been processed (status: "pending" or "confirmed"), we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency at the USD-equivalent value at the time of the original transaction.
4.2. Cancellation After Processing
Once an order has entered "processing" or "shipped" status, it cannot be cancelled. At this point, the product has been pulled from inventory, labeled, and prepared or tendered for shipment. Orders in processing or shipped status are subject to our No Returns policy (Section 2).
4.3. Refund Timing
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within three (3) business days of cancellation confirmation. Actual receipt of refund depends on your payment method:
Cryptocurrency: Refund transaction initiated within 3 business days. Blockchain confirmation times vary.
ACH: Refund initiated within 3 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.
Section 5 — Lost Packages
5.1. Lost Package Definition
A package is considered lost if the carrier tracking shows no delivery scan or movement for seven (7) or more business days after the last recorded scan, OR if the carrier confirms the package as lost.
A package is NOT considered lost if the carrier tracking shows delivery but the recipient claims non-receipt. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a delivery investigation.
5.2. Lost Package Procedure
Step 1: Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
Step 2: Check with neighbors, building management, or any alternate delivery locations at your address.
Step 3: Contact us via email or Telegram with your order ID. We will initiate a carrier investigation.
Step 4: If the carrier confirms the package as lost, or if no tracking movement has occurred for 7+ business days, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
5.3. Address Errors
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error made by the buyer during checkout, Healthy Aminos is not responsible for the lost shipment. It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address before completing your order.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on our part, we will reship the order at no charge.
