Vial
A peptide vial is a small glass container (typically 2mL or 3mL capacity) sealed with a rubber septum stopper and an aluminum crimp cap. The septum allows needle access for reconstitution and withdrawal without exposing the contents to the environment.
Vials for lyophilized peptides are typically made of Type I borosilicate glass, which has low extractable levels and excellent chemical resistance. The rubber septum is designed for multiple punctures while maintaining seal integrity.
Vial labeling should include: product name, lot/batch number, quantity (gross weight), storage temperature, and Research Use Only designation.
All Healthy Aminos products are for research use only.
