Preclinical
Preclinical research encompasses all studies conducted before a compound enters human clinical trials. This includes in vitro experiments (cell culture, biochemical assays), in vivo animal studies (rodents, larger animals), pharmacokinetic profiling, and toxicology assessments.
Many research peptides are in the preclinical stage. BPC-157, for example, has over 100 published preclinical studies but limited human clinical trial data. In contrast, semaglutide and tirzepatide have completed extensive clinical trial programs.
All Healthy Aminos products are for research use only.
