Analytical Testing

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a formal document from an analytical laboratory that reports all testing results for a specific production batch. For research peptides, a comprehensive COA typically includes HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, endotoxin testing, sterility results, appearance, and net peptide content.

Each COA should be traceable to a specific lot number. Batch-specific COAs ensure the testing data corresponds to the exact material in your vial — generic or undated COAs are a red flag. Third-party COAs, where testing is performed by a laboratory independent of the manufacturer, provide additional assurance.

Healthy Aminos publishes batch-specific COAs from independent laboratories for every product, accessible through the COA viewer on each product page.
