Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), USD Coin (USDC), Tether (USDT), and ACH bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
Why don't you accept credit cards?
Research chemical products are classified as high-risk by major payment processors. Cryptocurrency and ACH are the most reliable payment methods for this product category.
How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
During checkout, select your preferred cryptocurrency. You'll receive payment instructions with the exact amount and wallet address. Most transactions are confirmed within 10-30 minutes.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. For orders of 10+ units or total orders exceeding $500, contact us at support@healthyaminos.com.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days via FedEx. Priority overnight shipping is available for $15.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
What is cold chain shipping?
All peptide orders ship with temperature-appropriate packaging including insulated packaging and cold packs at no additional charge.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Submit a damage claim within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Approved claims receive a free reshipment.
Testing & Quality
What is your testing protocol?
Every batch undergoes a 6-point analytical testing protocol: HPLC identity, HPLC purity (min 98%), mass spectrometry, endotoxin testing, sterility testing, and peptide content verification.
Where can I view a COA?
Visit our Testing & COA page and use the Batch Verification tool. Enter the batch ID printed on your vial label.
What purity do your products meet?
All products meet a minimum 98% purity as verified by HPLC analysis. Most batches test at 99%+ purity.
Are your products manufactured in the USA?
Yes. All compounds are synthesized, purified, and lyophilized at partner facilities in the United States.

How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C for short-term use. Keep sealed and away from light and moisture.
What is the shelf life?
Lyophilized peptides stored at -20°C maintain stability for 24+ months from date of manufacture.

What does 'Research Use Only' mean?
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not approved by the FDA for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or commercial purpose.
